Dashboard Overview

The TapeAlert dashboard is your central control panel for managing all aspects of your Tape notifications. Here’s a guide to help you understand and navigate the dashboard effectively.

Dashboard Sections

Partner Selection

If you belong to multiple partner organizations, you’ll see a dropdown menu that allows you to switch between them. Each partner has its own set of organizations, webhooks, and settings.

Partner Administration

If you have admin privileges, you’ll see a “Partner Administration” section that provides access to:

  • User Management: Add, remove, or modify users within your partner organization
  • Account & Plan: View and manage your subscription plan and usage
  • Billing History: Access your billing history and manage payment methods

Organizations

This section displays all the Tape organizations you’ve added to your partner account. For each organization, you can:

  • View basic information about the organization
  • See the number of webhooks configured
  • Access webhook management for the organization
  • Add new organizations with the “Add Organization” button

Recent Notifications

The Recent Notifications section shows the latest notifications received from your Tape workflows. You can:

  • See notification timestamps and status
  • View which organization and webhook received the notification
  • Access delivery details to troubleshoot any issues
  • View all notifications by clicking “View All”

Webhooks

For each organization, you can create multiple webhooks to receive events from different Tape workflows. From the dashboard:

  • View all webhooks across your organizations
  • Check webhook status (verified, pending)
  • See recent notification activity for each webhook

Getting Started

If you’re new to TapeAlert, follow these steps to get started:

  1. Add your Tape organization: Click “Add Organization” and enter your Tape API key
  2. Create a webhook: Navigate to your organization and create a new webhook
  3. Configure destinations: Set up where you want notifications to be sent (email, Google Spaces, etc.)
  4. Add the webhook URL to Tape: Copy your webhook URL and add it to your Tape workflow settings
  • Use the sidebar to access specific sections of the dashboard
  • The top navigation bar provides quick access to your profile settings and notifications
  • Click on any organization or webhook to drill down into detailed views
  • Use the “Back” links to navigate to previous pages
