Plan Limits and Usage
Each plan includes specific limits for:
Organization Limits
The number of Tape organizations you can connect to your account. If you need to add more organizations than your plan allows, you’ll need to upgrade your subscription.
Notification Limits
The maximum number of notifications you can process per month. This includes all notifications from all your organizations.
When you approach your notification limit:
- You’ll receive an email alert at 80% usage
- Another alert at 90% usage
- You’ll still receive notifications at 100% usage until the end of the billing period
User Limits
The number of user accounts you can add to your partner organization. This affects how many team members can access and manage your Tape notifications.
Viewing Your Usage
You can view your current usage and limits on the Account & Plan page:
- Log in to your TapeAlert account
- Navigate to Partner Administration > Account & Plan
- View your current usage statistics and limits
The usage dashboard shows:
- Current plan details
- Organization usage (current/limit)
- Notification usage (current/limit)

- Historical usage trends

Downgrading Your Plan
If you need to downgrade your subscription:
- Navigate to Partner Administration > Account & Plan
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select a different plan or cancel
