Managing Partner Organizations

If you work with multiple partners or teams, TapeAlert allows you to be part of multiple partner organizations. This feature helps you manage notifications for different clients or departments without needing separate accounts.

Partner Selection

When you belong to multiple partner organizations, you’ll see a partner selection page when you log in. From here, you can:

  • Choose which partner organization to access
  • View basic information about each partner
  • See your role within each partner organization (Admin or Member)

Switching Between Partners

Once you’ve selected a partner, you can switch to another partner at any time by:

  1. Clicking on your profile menu in the top-right corner
  2. Selecting “Switch Partner”
  3. Choosing the partner you want to switch to

Partner Roles

Within each partner organization, you can have one of two roles:

  • Admin: Full access to manage users, billing, and all organizations
  • Member: Access to view and manage organizations you have permission for

Creating a New Partner

If you need to create a new partner organization:

  1. Contact your account manager or support
  2. New partner organizations typically require a separate subscription

Partner Settings

As an admin, you can manage your partner settings by accessing the Partner Administration section from the dashboard. Here you can:

  • Add and manage users
  • View and update your subscription plan
  • Access billing history and payment information
  • Configure partner-wide settings

Organization Separation

Each partner organization maintains complete separation of:

  • Organizations
  • Webhooks
  • Notification logs
  • User permissions
  • Billing and usage quotas

This ensures that data and operations for different partners remain completely isolated.
